The entire process of going from dissatisfied customer experience to drastically improve customer experience by transforming the customer experience to allow the customer to influence the strategy is what get me up and charging ahead everyday!

 

I've worked on numerous transformation projects from credit and collections transformation, standing up 500 seat customer loyalty center, sales organization restructure, divestiture, and enabled offshored call centers to move back on shore. I always seek new opportunities to be a speaker, create brain trust, contribute to customer experience thought leadership, and customer success transformation project.
